Ingredients
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- ½ cup of Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp olive oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Add rolled oats, banana, egg and Greek yogurt to a blender and blend until smooth and well combined
- Lightly brush the mould with olive oil.
- Pour the oat mixture into the moulds, filling each mould about 70–80% full. Bake at 175°C for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool and cut into the appropriate size for your baby.
Serving
Do not add sugar or honey to your baby’s food. For the rest of the family, you can add honey or a spread of jam.
