Ingredients
For the beef
500g of beef stir fry
3 tbsp of natural yogurt
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of ground cumin
1 tsp of onion and garlic powder
1 tsp of 7 spice or all purpose spice
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 onion
For the Tahini sauce
½ cup of tahini sauce
4 garlic cloves
¼ cup of lemon juice
6 tablespoons of water or more if needed
For the salad
1 red onion
Half a bunch of parsley
1-2 tomatoes
Handful of pickles
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of sumac seasoning
Directions
Put the beef in a bowl.
Add the onion, yogurt, olive oil, and spices.
Mix everything well.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan on low heat.
Add the beef mix to the pan.
Add ¼ to ½ cup of water and cover the pan.
Cook slowly on low heat until the beef is very soft. You can add more water if needed.
When the beef is cooked and soft, you can cut it into very small pieces or mash it with a fork for your baby.
