Ingredients
- 300g firm tofu
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
Directions
- Slice firm tofu into finger length strips.
- Place tofu into a bowl and add olive oil, lemon juice, and ground cumin.
- Gently mix to coat the tofu evenly.
- Marinate for approximately 20 minutes.
- Heat a small frying pan over medium to low heat.
- Fry tofu strips for 1–2 minutes on each side until lightly golden and heated through.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Serving
The foods you give your baby should be soft and easily mashed with gums. This recipe is blended smooth and suitable for spoon-feeding.
This dish can be prepared as a shared family meal. Do not add salt to your baby’s food. For the rest of the family, you can add salt, pepper, soy sauce, or any other spices.
