Banana pancakes

    Serves: 4 adults

    Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 banana
    • 2 eggs
    • 40g plain flour 
    • 4 tsp peanut butter (optional)

    Directions

    1. Add the banana, eggs, peanut butter, and plain flour to a blender and blend until smooth and well combined.
    2. Heat a pan over low heat and lightly grease it with olive oil.
    3. Pour the batter into the pan in batches. Cook for about 1–1.5 minutes, then flip.
    4. Cook for another 30–40 seconds on the other side, then remove from the pan.
    5. Allow to cool slightly before serving. 

    Serving  

    Do not add sugar or honey to your baby’s food. You can add sliced fruit for your baby. For the rest of the family, you can add honey or a spread of jam.
