Ingredients
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce*
- 500g lean meat mince or crumbled tofu
- 2 cups chopped vegetables of choice (e.g. capscium, broccoli, carrots)
- 200g noodles of choice
- Sesame oil* or other cooking oil
Directions
- Cook noodles according to packet directions Heat a wok over high heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon oil and swirl to coat Add mince and stir with a wooden spoon to break up mince, for 8 minutes or until browned.
- Transfer mince to a bowl, draining fat. Add vegetables to pan and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
- Remove vegetables for baby or toddler.
- Add mince, noodles and sauce to pan. Stir-fry for 1 minute to combine.
