Ingredients
- ½ pouch (80g) Greek yoghurt
- ½ tsp chia seeds (optional)
- ½ tbsp unsalted peanut butter (optional)
Choose 1 fruit of your choice
- 2-3 blueberries (optional)
- 2-3 slice banana (optional)
- 2 tbsp mashed mango (optional)
- 1 strawberry (optional)
Directions
Mix the chia seeds with warm water and let them sit for 10–15 minutes until fully swollen.
Cut or mash the fruit into an age-appropriate texture for your baby.
Mix the fruit, Greek yoghurt, soaked chia seeds, and any other ingredients your baby enjoys until well combined.
Serve to your baby.
Serving
Do not add honey to your baby’s food. For the rest of the family, you can add honey for extra sweetness.
