Spinach egg strips

    Serves: 3 adults

    Ingredients

    • 1 bag (240 g) frozen spinach
    • 3 tsp (15 ml) olive oil  
    • 6 large eggs  

    Eggs should be well cooked for children under 12 months of age. 

    Directions

    1. Blanch the spinach in boiling water, then drain well.
    2. Finely chop the blanched spinach.
    3. Whisk the egg well.
    4. Add the chopped spinach to the beaten eggs and mix until evenly combined.
    5. Heat a pan over low heat and add a little olive oil.
    6. Pour in the spinach and egg mixture and cook gently over low heat until fully set.
    7. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
    8. Cut into finger-length strips and serve. 

    Serving  

    Do not add salt to your baby’s food. For the rest of the family, you can season the meal with salt, pepper, and any other seasoning.
