    Ingredients

    • 1 can (400g) drained and rinsed chickpeas (no added salt)
    • 1/2 - 1 lemon, juiced
    • 1 tablespoons tahini*
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    Directions

    • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
    • Add extra olive oil or water gradually until you have the desired consistency.
