Ingredients
- 1 can (400g) drained and rinsed chickpeas (no added salt)
- 1/2 - 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoons tahini*
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Add extra olive oil or water gradually until you have the desired consistency.
