The best way to help your baby's brain grow is by talking and playing with them.
It's normal for babies and toddlers between 6 months and 3 years old to feel anxious when they are separated from their main caregiver (parent or carer).
Help improve your baby's learning through play with tummy time, reading, walking, patterns, groups, balancing activities like swinging sideways or tracking objects that will help with their movement, coordination and more.
Learn more about what your baby can do at 2-4 months old like sitting, gaining head control, rolling, reaching out for toys.
