Be a responsive parent by watching your child's signals, understanding what they need, and taking loving action to meet their needs so your child grows up healthy.
Milk feeding has all the nutrients your baby needs in the first 6 months. Start giving your baby solid foods at around 6 months while continuing milk.
Make feeding time special by holding your baby close, letting them set the pace, watching for signs when they are full or need a break. Stay with them the whole time to make sure they feed safely and do not choke.
Making baby formula the right way like cleaning and sterilising tools, boiling water, adding the right amount of formula needed, and throwing away leftovers keeps your baby healthy and avoids sickness.
If you cannot breastfeed, baby formula is the only other safe choice for your baby.
Reflux is when food comes back up from baby's stomach into the mouth or throat. Holding baby upright after feeding and tummy time when awake can help reduce reflux until it gets better, usually by one year old.
Fussy feeding is common with both breast and bottle feeding. It may be due to various reasons such as tiredness, slow or fast milk flow, uncomfortable position, health issues or oral abnormalities.
