Quick meal ideas for your baby

Baby cereal with fruit

  • Add iron-fortified baby cereal with mashed banana or avocado​

 

 

Lentils with vegetables

  • Mix mashed lentils with cooked pumpkin or potato​

 

 

Tofu with vegetables

  • Add silken tofu* with mashed sweet potato​

 

 

Well cooked egg with vegetables

  • Boil an egg* very well until it is well cooked and mash it. Then add some soft vegetables or avocado

 

 

Kidney beans with vegetables

  • Mash some white or red kidney beans​ with soft vegetables

 

 

Avocado with peas, beans, or tuna

  • Mash some avocado with tuna*, chickpeas or white beans
