Be a responsive parent by watching your child's signals, understanding what they need, and taking loving action to meet their needs so your child grows up healthy.
Being a parent is a big change in life. It can be wonderful, but it can also be tough sometimes. It's okay to need help. Taking care of yourself is just as important as taking care of your baby.

Reflux is when food comes back up from baby's stomach into the mouth or throat. Holding baby upright after feeding and tummy time when awake can help reduce reflux until it gets better, usually by one year old.
Fussy feeding is common with both breast and bottle feeding. It may be due to various reasons such as tiredness, slow or fast milk flow, uncomfortable position, health issues or oral abnormalities.
To prevent your baby from getting sick, all bottles should be sterilised before use until they are one year old.
